Responsibilities

• Lead and engage the liability adjuster team to ensure quality performance and customer service.
• Manage subrogation demands and liability claims across states.
• Perform monthly file audits and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Interview, hire, and train new adjusters and manage attendance.
