Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced liability claims leader to supervise a team handling Commercial General Liability, Bodily Injury, and Property Damage claims nationwide. You will drive performance, implement best practices, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, setting goals, coordinating with clients, carriers, and brokers, and leveraging Gallagher's technology to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 7+ years related claims experience
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of team member related functions
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
