Responsibilities

• Handle subrogation through arbitration forums; approve reserve/payment requests.
• Assist adjusters with file management, client communications, and escalated calls.
• Assist in finalizing liability determinations across states; apply comparative negligence.
• Coach, train, and interview new adjusters; conduct staff meetings.
• Monitor workloads; conduct file audits and phone observations.
• Review and approve letters of reservation of rights and coverage disclaims.
