Job summary

AssuranceAmerica is seeking a Liability Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of 6-8 liability and/or Casualty adjusters in Texas. You will ensure quality and adherence to company guidelines through regular auditing and coaching.

The role emphasizes supervising, coaching, and process improvement, with focus on training, retention, and efficient expense management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s Degree required.
• Adjuster Licensing as required by state.
• Minimum of 5 years handling non-standard insurance claims.
• Prior supervisory experience of a minimum of one year is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage group of 6-8 liability and/or Casualty adjusters.
• Conduct monthly audits with senior leadership to ensure quality and adherence to company guidelines and laws.
• Assist senior management in development of process and training to improve quality and metrics.
• Provide authority on liability and casualty claims as warranted.
• Ensure adherence to reserving practices and effective retention planning.
• Manage allocated loss adjustment expenses efficiently.
• Utilize rewards to distinguish top performers and achievements.
• Conduct performance management as warranted.
