Job summary

Asbury is seeking a Lexus Delivery Specialist in Grapevine, TX to expertly demonstrate in-car technology and personalize each vehicle delivery. You will educate customers on navigation, entertainment, safety and performance features, ensuring a flawless handover and exceeding expectations.

You will also support sales and service teams by explaining tech details, addressing questions, and tailoring the experience to each customer’s knowledge and priorities.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly demonstrate and explain high technology features to customers.
• Must be 18+ years of age and have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pre-delivery checklist requirements are met.
• Program personalized settings prior to delivery.
• Assess customer knowledge and priorities to personalize each delivery.
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technology to the customer.
• Follow up with customers after delivery for outstanding questions or second deliveries if needed.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries/concerns pertaining to vehicle technology issues.
• Deliver a delightful Lexus experience with each delivery.
• Assist sales and service staff in explaining and demonstrating technology to customers.
• Troubleshoot vehicle technology features.
