Job summary

Interface Systems, LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for on-site operations in a state-of-the-art monitoring center. You will manage live audio communications with monitored sites, verify alarms, and intervene during critical incidents with authority and clear communication.

Responsibilities include coordinating security checks, dispatching emergency services, logging interactions, and producing detailed reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Verify alarms and respond to incidents, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and generate detailed incident reports.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and de-escalate when possible.
