iT1, headquartered in Tempe, AZ, seeks a skilled Desktop Support Technician II to join our team and serve as a trusted technology partner at client locations. You will provide responsive, professional IT support that keeps employees productive and business operations running smoothly.

In this role you’ll deliver hands-on and remote assistance, support executive leadership and VIP users, and ensure seamless operation of conference rooms and events.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in desktop or end-user support
• Experience supporting Windows-based environments and enterprise applications
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote IT support for end users and executives
• Support conference rooms, AV, and events to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
• Own incidents from initiation to resolution in the ticketing system
• Manage device lifecycle: imaging, deployment, replacements
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and process documentation
