Krumland Auto Group is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide remote and onsite technical support for business clients, with emphasis on Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. The role demands proactive problem solving and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate will have CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ equivalence, 1–3 years of IT support experience, and knowledge of cybersecurity practices. This position offers growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Equivalent knowledge to CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+.
• 1–3 years IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Basic Active Directory administration experience.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional customer service attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for business clients.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Configure and support desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Create, modify, disable, and troubleshoot user accounts in Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, Subnets, DHCP, Wireless networking, VPN connectivity.
• Install and configure software applications.
• Assist with workstation deployments and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation and ticket notes.
• Follow cybersecurity best practices and security policies.
• Escalate advanced issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of client communication.
