Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, a leading defense technology company, seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network services. You will handle onsite and remote requests, configure Windows 10 machines, and manage user accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2–3 years in IT support; CompTIA A+ or Security+ preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2–3 years in IT support.
• Current CompTIA A+ or Security+ certification preferred.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365 and VPN troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline onsite and remote technical support to locations.
• Configure and maintain Windows 10 desktop/laptop in enterprise env.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, telephones, printers, and network connectivity.
• Manage user accounts and access across multiple systems.
• Coordinate, escalate and resolve tickets with appropriate teams.
