Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 1 Technician to join their on-site team in New York, NY. You will test and image desktops and laptops, set up hardware, and provide frontline end-user support.

You will assist internal IS with large IMACs, help document process improvements, and manage the ticket queue using ServiceNow and Clearvision. This position offers competitive benefits and W2 employment.

Duties And Responsibilities

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
