Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our client’s onsite team in Oneonta, NY. You will provide end-user support and help maintain computer systems across the organization.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of IMAC experience, knowledge of imaging, setup and deployment, and experience logging assets in ServiceNow, with strong customer-facing troubleshooting skills and a commitment to reliable service. This role is W2 only.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of imaging, set up, and deployment.
• Ability to perform asset tracking in ServiceNow.
• Must have strong desktop support troubleshooting experience.

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $23.03 - $30.71 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
