CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Camden, NJ. You will support Windows and macOS, troubleshoot issues, deploy equipment, and provide end-user support with excellent customer service.

We are currently in search of a qualified Desktop Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Camden, NJ. This position supports both Windows and macOS users and requires a strong combination of technical troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. The technician will provide day-to-day support for end users, resolve hardware and software issues, deploy and maintain equipment, manage service requests, and work collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure a positive end-user experience.
The rate for this position is between $18.75- $25.00 per hour, unlesslocal minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
