The role involves basic troubleshooting, rapid response to user requests, and clear documentation of recurring issues for leadership.
The position emphasizes customer-focused service, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring equipment is functional before employee use. Onsite work only.
Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 1 Technician to join their team onsite in Bedford, MA.
The rate for this position is between $18.70- $22.00per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
