Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Biz Ops Principal for its Lending business within the QuickBooks platform.

You will drive clarity, operational rigor, and a forward-looking strategy, unblocking the funnel and accelerating execution across product, risk, marketing, and finance teams. You will report to the Head of Lending for the Services Segment and partner closely with senior leaders to shape multi-year plans, translate complexity into actionable insights, and move the business forward with

Qualifications

10+ years in strategy & business operations, product strategy, consulting or operating roles in high-growth technology environments.
SaaS or fintech experience preferred; rapid mastery of lending and credit concepts required.

Responsibilities

Run the operating system for Lending: end-to-end cadence, dashboards, performance insights, readiness tracking.
Deliver a clear narrative of performance, risks, and opportunities; align senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Identify execution gaps and surface high-leverage actions to accelerate acquisition, activation, and usage of Lending products.
Partner with Product, Credit Risk, and Marketing to resolve funnel frictions and ensure plan delivery.
Build cohesive long-term strategy for Lending, including customer segmentation and product evolution.
Create actionable frameworks and choices for senior leadership; translate complexity into insights.
Ensure data-backed decisions and disciplined execution across the org.
