Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Lending Origination Platform. You will own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for underwriting orchestration, bank integrations, and funding capabilities across consumer and SMB lending products.

You will partner with Engineering, Risk, Treasury, Capital Markets and Partnerships to balance product flexibility with regulatory controls, reliability, and operational resilience, enabling faster product launches and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with API-driven platforms.
• Deep lending domain knowledge including origination, underwriting, and funding.
• Experience working with banks and financial institutions on integrations.
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, data contracts, event-driven systems.
• Ability to translate complex lending workflows into reusable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year origination platform strategy and roadmap.
• Define reusable platform services, APIs, and configurable workflows.
• Partner with engineering to drive platform design decisions balancing extensibility, complexity and speed.
• Build scalable underwriting orchestration and bank funding capabilities.
• Enable Capital Markets and partnerships with scalable data and controls.
