Job summary

Intuit's Fast Money and Lending portfolio aims to provide quicker access to funds across TurboTax and Credit Karma. As Business Strategy Manager, you will help develop, operate, and execute the business strategy for this portfolio, collaborating across new product, growth, and funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer lending, fintech, banking, or strategy consulting.
• Direct experience in consumer credit and lending product management.
• Experience with subprime/near-prime lending and risk-reward strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy and operating plans for assigned products from business case through pilot and launch.
• Design risk-reward strategies balancing approval rates, losses, pricing, and outcomes for subprime consumers.
• Scale existing products through pricing, limits, CX, cross-sell, retention; own unit economics and financial models.
• Partner with Capital Markets, Treasury, and Finance on funding strategy and bank/vendor partnerships.
• Run operating rhythm: performance reporting, executive updates, tax-season readiness.
• Align Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Data Science, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing; communicate clear recommendations to senior leaders.
