Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a principal-level product leader to scale QB Capital’s cash-flow-based lending product. You will own the roadmap, balancing origination growth with portfolio economics, and partner with Risk and Data Science to turn underwriting insights into customer-facing features.

You will connect Credit, Data, and Customers to unlock growth, guiding acquisition, eligibility, underwriting, and servicing across teams while shaping credit strategy to drive KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have 10-12+ years of product management experience with ownership of a P&L or portfolio economics (cash-flow-based lending, credit cards, or similar)
• Ability to connect data and credit thinking to product decisions, including underwriting logic, portfolio metrics, and risk/return tradeoffs
• Strong analytical fluency (SQL and portfolio/data analysis) and ability to build business cases for investments
• Experience operating as a senior IC, aligning multiple teams (Risk, Data Science, Engineering, Compliance, Finance) without formal authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to bridge underwriting mechanics, engineering scoping, and executive strategy
• Experience scaling lending/financing products through multiple growth stages, including through a credit cycle
• Nice to Have: SMB or accounting/financial data experience; ML/model-driven decisioning fluency

Responsibilities

• Scale the product with a credit lens and own the roadmap for QB Capital's cash-flow-based lending products
• Partner with Risk and Data Science to translate underwriting and pricing into shippable products (eligibility, offer generation, limits, borrower experience)
• Connect credit, data, and customers to identify growth opportunities and prioritize roadmap bets
• Sequence bets by impact on growth and risk and align stakeholders across functions
• Represent QB Capital's credit strategy to senior stakeholders and influence roadmap sequencing
