Job summary

Mariner Finance in Temecula, CA is hiring for a customer service/sales role at an hourly base pay range of USD 18.44 to USD 23.97 plus monthly incentives. The position requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to present loan solutions to customers while meeting branch goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales position.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs with the ability to learn financial services programs.
Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by proactively solving problems, presenting loan solutions based on customer needs, and presenting all available sales products.
Process credit loan applications and analyze credit & financial information for customers.
Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer possible solutions and resolve delinquency.
Meet or exceed branch goals related to the sale of company products and services.
Learn Federal, State, and Local Consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
Maintain a cash drawer, including processing payments and daily deposits.
May perform additional functions depending on market demand and branch staffing.
