Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Meet or exceed planned individual and branch sales goals.
• Learn Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and handle daily deposits as required.
• May perform additional functions depending on market demand.
