Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn financial service programs.
• Ability to complete essential duties in a timely, accurate manner.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered at the branch.
• Must work at the assigned branch location unless in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit & financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals related to company products and services.
• Learn applicable consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and deliver daily deposits as required.
• May perform additional functions based on market demand and staffing.
