Job summary

Mariner Finance in York, PA is seeking a customer service–oriented associate to support loan applications and help customers with financing needs. This role offers base pay plus a monthly incentive, with the base salary determined by experience and internal equity.

Responsibilities include processing credit loan applications, analyzing financial information, contacting customers with past due balances, and helping the branch achieve its goals while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and company personnel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Ability to complete essential duties/functions in a timely, accurate manner.
• Must obtain applicable, required licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.
• Must perform work at the assigned branch location unless required otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively solving problems, presenting loan solutions based on customer needs, and presenting all available sales products.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information for customers.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Meet or exceed branch goals related to sale of company products and services.
• Learn applicable laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and handle payments and deposits.
