Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit/financial information.
• Contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Meet or exceed individual/branch sales goals for products and services.
• Learn Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments/deposits as required.
• Perform additional functions as needed to provide consistent service.
