Job summary

Valley Bank is seeking a Lending Admin Team Lead in Paramus, NJ to oversee a team of Lending Specialists and Sr. Lending Specialists. You will manage loan closings, post-close inquiries, and ensure compliance with policies while driving process improvements and KPI-driven performance.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced banking environment, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach across stakeholders. A related degree is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Lending Specialists and Sr. Lending Specialists; provide training and support.
• Act as escalation contact and oversee loan closing requirements and post-closing inquiries.
• Help create and refine processes, controls, standards, and training for end-to-end loan lifecycle.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
• Define and enforce operational metrics and KPIs to ensure service standards.
