Job summary

Zeni is seeking a driven Sales role to join our Lehi, UT office. You will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, generate and nurture leads, and book meetings for account executives as part of a fast-paced sales team.

Ideal candidates have 1-2+ years in sales, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This on-site role offers a competitive salary, stock options, and a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and persuasive speaking.
• Self-motivated to achieve success in a face-to-face role in Lehi, UT.
• Highly organized self-starter capable of multitasking in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound contacts (70/day).
• Generate new outbound leads and follow up with leads in pipeline.
• Research accounts, identify targets and generate interest through outreach (email campaigns, LinkedIn, discovery calls, etc.).
• Meet defined metric goals.
• Provide support to your accounts when needed.
• Maintain accurate data on Zeni CRM's.
• Supply pre-qualified leads for our platform.
• Attend sales meetings/trainings as needed.
• Connect with customers to develop long-lasting relationships.
• Book meetings & demos for account executives when a lead is qualified.
