Job summary

LEG-TECH is a technology solutions provider to the Washington State Legislature. This temporary IT Customer Support role runs through the legislative session, starting November 2, 2026, for about 25 weeks. Work mostly on Capitol Campus with opportunities for remote work after training.

Typical hours are 7:30am–5:00pm, with occasional weekends/evenings. Benefits are not included. The role spans account management, hardware/software troubleshooting, video conferencing, and other support tasks;

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct IT customer support using ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to client needs.
• Must be a resident of Washington State and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Accounts and Access Management tasks such as permission changes and user activation/deactivation.
• Provide customer support over phone, email, and in-person; follow incident management procedures.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, System Administration, Application Delivery, and Cybersecurity teams to resolve IT issues.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and end-user devices; assist with video conferencing and calls.
