Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of Senator Slatter's office.
  • Serve as liaison between the Senator and internal/external parties.
  • Field questions from the public regarding legislation and issues.
  • Draft talking points, press releases, and organize district events.
  • Coordinate budget requests and travel arrangements for the office.
  • Supervise staff and interns during the legislative session.
  • Maintain and preserve office records and calendars.
