Responsabilités

• Oversee production and preparation of food in line with recipes and procedures
• Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Direct productivity to meet ticket times and maintain efficiency
• Assess and develop Back of House staff through reviews, coaching, and performance discussions
• Provide daily feedback and support to key employees and hourly staff
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks and ensure inventory safety and proper storage of items
