You will manage inventory, food costs, labor, and scheduling while fostering a positive, productive kitchen culture. Responsibilities include supervising cooks and prep staff, conducting reviews, and implementing training to develop key team members.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Back of House in a restaurant setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety, recipes, and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, costs, and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct staff productivity, monitor ticket times, and manage weekly scheduling.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for back-of-house employees.
• Provide training and feedback to develop key team members.
• Perform Taste & Temp checks and oversee inventory safety.
