Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures.

Qualificações

• Experience managing Back of House operations
• Ability to lead and develop kitchen staff
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient food item ticket times.
• Manage Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Develop key employees through daily feedback in one-on-ones.
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and kitchen safety.
• Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Control food costs, track waste, and manage kitchen labor costs.
• Direct work for Back of House staff, including scheduling and task assignment.
• Train Back of House employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend Back of House staff.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values and goals.
