Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting foods in a timely manner per recipes and procedures.

The role requires supervising BOH production, enforcing policies, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You will manage performance of BOH staff, conduct evaluations, coach, and contribute to staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen management or restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage food costs and inventory.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Back of House operations including food preparation, presentation, and consistency with recipes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times and monitor kitchen labor costs.
• Manage Back of House staff performance, provide coaching, evaluations, and discipline.
• Assist development of key employees and hourly staff through daily feedback and coaching.
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks and manage inventory, safety, and proper storage of items.
• Train Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Back of House staff or make recommendations.
