Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage its Front of House staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests.

You will drive sales, train teammates, control liquor costs, schedule staff, and uphold safety and food-handling standards while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Qualificações

• Experience managing Front of House staff and operations.
• Ability to coach, evaluate, and discipline staff.
• Experience ensuring guest satisfaction and service quality.

Responsabilidades

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety.
• Providing or directing Front of House training.
• Managing performance of Front of House staff including evaluations and coaching.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Developing key employees through daily feedback and coaching.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work, scheduling, and task assignment for staff.
• Creating a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals.
• Managing safe food handling procedures.
