Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage Front of House employees to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service to guests. If you have a passion for people and guest experience, you will thrive in this role.

As a Service Manager you will drive sales, ensure compliance with employment policies, oversee training, and coach staff. You will also manage liquor orders, scheduling, and safety, creating a fun and safe work environment

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training.
• Manage performance, conduct evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs.
• Hire and schedule Front of House staff; recruit as needed.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values.
