Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage Front of House staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for our guests.

You will drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and coach team members while enforcing policies and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. This role offers strong career growth and a rewarding team environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety.
• Providing Front of House training.
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Developing key employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff with daily feedback in one-on-ones.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
