Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and supervise FOH staff to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service. The role emphasizes people management, training, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House teams and driving guest satisfaction.
• Proven ability to enforce employment policies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Experience providing or directing Front of House training.
• Ability to coach, evaluate performance, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Experience with liquor orders and controlling costs; familiarity with Responsible Alcohol Service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies with management; oversee cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training.
• Manage performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline of FOH staff.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs; enforce liquor laws.
• Mentor key staff and hourly employees with daily feedback during one-on-ones.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House employees.
• Schedule staff hours and tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals; run contests and incentive programs.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are understood and practiced.
