Job summary

RRD is seeking a detail-oriented word processor specialist for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) in Phoenix, AZ. You will handle formatting, proofreading, editing, and document conversion to images (PDF), while coordinating workload and maintaining high accuracy.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent MS Office skills, and typing 60 wpm with 95% accuracy. OT may be required, with comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or legal experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Legal terminology knowledge and transcription experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for word processing projects (formatting, proofreading, editing, PDF imaging).
• Coordinate, assign, prioritize, track, and expedite department workload.
• Gather requirements from requesters and ensure quality control of outputs.
