Job summary

RRD in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented clerical professional to join our document services team. The role emphasizes formatting, proofreading, quality audits, and efficient word processing in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work Tuesday through Saturday, with a hybrid plan after a 90‑day probation, earning $26.31 per hour plus a $2 shift premium. Training runs 6 weeks onsite, with strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pressing deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with document processing and quality-control tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for word processing projects including formatting, proofreading, editing, styling, printing, and PDF/image conversions.
• Coordinate, assign, distribute, prioritize, track and expedite workload to the department.
• Interface with requesters to gather detailed information to understand assignments.
• Analyze requests to determine how tasks should be performed and engage the appropriate resource.
• Direct requests to proper resources and coordinate with local and off-site office services.
• Assist with proofreading tasks and quality control during heavy volume periods.
• Deliver projects within a negotiated timeframe.
• Perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all firm-supported software packages.
• Other duties as assigned.
