Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for word processing projects (formatting, proofreading, editing, styling, printing, PDF conversion).
• Coordinate, assign, distribute, and track workload.
• Interface with requesters to gather information for assignments.
• Analyze requests to determine execution methods and allocate resources.
• Direct requests to appropriate resources and coordinate with offices.
• Assist with proofreading and quality control during high volume periods.
• Deliver projects within negotiated timeframes.
• Maintain knowledge of firm-supported software packages.
