Job summary

RRD is seeking a detail-oriented word processing specialist in Phoenix to format, proofread, and quality-check complex documents. This role supports fast-paced environments with strict deadlines and quality standards.

The position offers a 3-day on-site/2-day remote hybrid schedule after a 90-day probation period, with training Mon-Fri onsite for 6 weeks and a pay rate of $26.31/hr plus a $2 shift premium.

Qualifications

• 60 wpm typing with 95% accuracy required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with document formatting, proofreading and legal terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for word processing projects (formatting, proofreading, editing, styling, printing, PDF conversion).
• Coordinate, assign, track, and expedite workload within the department.
• Gather detailed information from requesters to understand assignments and ensure proper execution.
• Direct requests to proper resources and coordinate with office services.
