Job summary

RRD is seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive projects with a team across shifts and locations. The role emphasizes quality output, legal document processing, and MS Word proficiency.

Hybrid or onsite work after a 90‑day probation, training 9 AM–5 PM, and a pay rate of $23.08/hour plus shift premiums. Candidates should have clerical experience and strong client communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in legal word processing preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications.
• Convert, clean and format documents between formats.
• Create charts, tables, and spreadsheets as requested.
• Create/edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents.
• Transcribe dictation files and perform data entry.
• Help desk support for applications.
• Meet deadlines with accurate output.
• Handle confidential information.
