Job summary

RRD is seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive project requests by working with a team across shifts and locations. You will produce high-quality legal documents using various software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong typing (60 wpm) with high accuracy, ability to manage confidential information, and experience with TOAs/TOCs are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's in legal word processing preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in legal document production: TOAs, TOCs, cross-references, PDF-to-Word conversions.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications.
• Convert and format documents across file formats.
• Prepare Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.
• Transcribe dictation files and handle confidential information.
• Provide phone help desk support for application queries.
