Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive legal document requests on-site in Phoenix, AZ. You will work with a team across shifts to produce high-quality documents and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required: strong MS Word/Office skills, experience with TOAs/TOCs, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Training is onsite; shift is Sunday to Thursday 3pm–11:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred with 3+ years in legal word processing.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with TOAs/TOCs, cross-references, PDF conversions, and Word styles.
• Transcription experience and knowledge of legal terminology are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications.
• Convert and format documents across file types.
• Create charts, tables, and Tables of Authorities/Contents.
• Provide help desk support for applications.
• Meet deadlines with accurate, timely output.
• Handle confidential documents following policy.
