Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive legal document requests in Phoenix, AZ. You will work across shifts and locations, producing high-quality work and maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Knowledge of legal software and the Microsoft Office suite is a plus, with a 3+ month combined training period. Shift is Tuesday–Saturday, 3PM–11:30PM, with a 90-day probation after which 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience in legal word processing or document production preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with legal word processing tasks such as TOAs/TOCs, cross-references, PDFs conversion, and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using various software.
• Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats.
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested.
• Create and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents.
• Transcribe dictation files and provide desktop support for applications.
