Job summary

RR Donnelley in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Word Processing specialist to support time-sensitive legal projects with a team across shifts and locations.

You will create, edit and format legal documents using various software, convert formats, and prepare TOAs/TOCs; transcription and data entry may be involved.

Must have a high school diploma; 3+ years in legal word processing preferred; background checks and pre-employment screening apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree with 3+ years in legal word processing preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with TOAs/TOCs, cross-references, and redlines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications.
• Convert, clean and format documents across formats.
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested.
• Create/edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents.
• Perform data entry and transcribe dictation.
• Restore/correct corrupted documents and provide help desk support.
• Meet deadlines and handle confidential information.
