Filevine is seeking a detail-oriented Filevine Administrator to optimize legal tech usage for client firms. You will align technology solutions with operational goals, drive adoption across teams, and manage platform updates.

The role requires strong SaaS experience and a hands-on approach to training and support. The position focuses on Eastern Time Zone hours, with travel to client offices around the region as needed.

• Drive organization-wide platform adoption and ROI through feature rollouts.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on Filevine roadmap and updates to keep the firm ahead of capabilities.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding workflows to maintain data integrity and productivity.
• Evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and realign tools with business goals.
