Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company based in Los Angeles, seeks a detail-oriented Filevine Administrator to optimize the firm's use of the platform and align workflows with operational goals.

You will lead system configurations, automate processes, train teams, and manage platform updates while partnering with legal staff to maximize adoption and ROI across matters. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to work in the LA area.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of Filevine or similar legal tech.
• Strong knowledge of legal workflows and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in SaaS ecosystems, workflow automation, and platform administration.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
• Experience in a law firm, legal department, or paralegal role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on system configurations and bespoke workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide scalable training and documentation.
• Drive platform adoption and ROI through feature rollouts.
• Stay updated on Filevine roadmap and product updates.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding to maintain data integrity.
• Audit and realign workflows with firm objectives.
