Job summary

Filevine is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Filevine Administrator to optimize client use of the Filevine platform. You will align technology solutions with a law firm’s goals, ensure streamlined workflows, and drive adoption across teams.

The role requires a background in system administration within SaaS ecosystems and excellent training capabilities. The position is remote with travel to client sites in the San Diego and Los Angeles area expected, and a base compensation range of

Qualifications

Hands-on administration of Filevine or comparable legal technology platforms.
Deep understanding of legal workflows, regulatory compliance, and client service standards.
Proficiency in managing SaaS ecosystems including system integrations and automation.
Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Outstanding communication for user training and organizational change management.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance on system configurations and bespoke workflows to align with the firm's structure.
Troubleshoot technical issues and enable self-sufficiency through training and documentation.
Drive platform adoption by rolling out features and optimizing processes.
Maintain expertise on Filevine roadmap and ensure continued capability advancement.
Oversee onboarding/onboarding workflows to maintain data integrity and productivity.
Audit and improve existing workflows to realign digital tools with business goals.
