Job summary
Filevine is seeking a detail-oriented Filevine Administrator to optimize the platform for legal operations and project management. You will align technology solutions with the firm’s goals and drive adoption across teams to improve workflows and efficiency.
The role requires strong SaaS experience, cross-functional leadership, and excellent training skills, with travel to client offices up to 5x per week. Eastern Time coverage is expected.
Qualifications
- Hands-on administration of Filevine or comparable legal tech.
- Deep understanding of legal workflows and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with SaaS ecosystems and end-to-end process automation.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and project management.
- Excellent communication for staff training and change management.
- Experience in a law firm or legal department preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advise on system configurations and bespoke workflows to align with the firm’s structure.
- Resolve technical issues and provide scalable training resources.
- Drive platform adoption through feature rollouts and process improvements.
- Stay informed on Filevine roadmap and updates to maintain competitiveness.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows to ensure data integrity.
- Audit workflows to realign digital tools with operational goals.
