Job summary

Filevine in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Filevine Administrator to optimize the firm's use of the Filevine platform within legal operations. You will align technology solutions with the client’s goals, streamline workflows, and drive adoption across teams.

The role requires hands-on Filevine administration, strong knowledge of legal workflows, and experience in SaaS integrations. Travel to client offices is expected 2x per month; competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

Hands-on administration of Filevine or comparable legal tech platforms.
Deep understanding of legal workflows, regulatory compliance, and client service.
Proficiency in managing SaaS ecosystems, including system integrations and automation.
Strong project management with cross-functional leadership.
Outstanding communication for user training and organizational change.
Experience in a law firm, legal department, or paralegal role preferred.
Willingness to travel to client offices 2x per month.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on system configurations and bespoke workflows.
Resolve complex issues and deliver comprehensive training and self-service resources.
Drive platform adoption through feature rollouts and process improvements.
Maintain expertise on the Filevine roadmap and updates.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows to ensure data integrity.
Audit workflows to realign tools with operational goals.
