Filevine is seeking a Legal Solutions Engineer to join our team responsible for helping Account Executives present complex SaaS products to law firms and corporations. You will be the technical expert who can translate difficult concepts for non-technical buyers and articulate details to a more technical audience.

With evolving products, you must quickly gain understanding of offerings, their value, and how they improve legal operations.

Qualifications

• Curious mindset to understand how Filevine products work and why.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relationships and internal collaboration.
• Problem-solving abilities to listen and recommend solutions on the fly.
• Adaptability to changing customer needs and business strategies.
• Confident storytelling with dynamic pacing, tone, and emphasis.
• Legal software admin experience is a plus but not required.
• This is an in-office role based in Sugar House, UT.

Responsibilities

• Assist AEs in positioning Filevine to clients seeking case management, AI, and contract management solutions in legal and corporate sectors.
• Prepare and deliver dynamic storytelling demonstrations of Filevine products.
• Take a consultative approach with prospective and current clients.
• Interact with prospects and customers alongside sales reps to assess needs and determine requirements.
• Continuously deepen understanding of Filevine offerings and capabilities.
• Help research and develop solutions within the Filevine suite to meet customer needs.
