Job summary

Filevine is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Filevine Administrator with strong experience in legal operations and project management to assist customers in optimizing their use of the Filevine legal tech platform. This remote role includes travel throughout the San Diego area to client sites.

The ideal candidate brings a background in technical system administration paired with proven experience in SaaS ecosystems, workflow automation, and platform administration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of Filevine or similar legal tech platform.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and compliance.
• Experience in SaaS ecosystems, automation, and platform administration.
• Excellent communication and staff training skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on system configurations and bespoke workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop self-service resources.
• Drive adoption through feature rollouts and process improvements.
• Stay current with Filevine roadmap and platform updates.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows and data integrity.
• Audit business processes to improve efficiency.
